Our new Therapeutic Applications of Anusara Yoga – Teacher’s Guide is now available for purchase by licensed Anusara yoga teachers and Anatomy/Therapy Subject Matter Specialists.

This generous offering, recently created by five of our more experienced Anusara teachers, was created to serve as:

• A lifelong reference guide for licensed Anusara teachers

• A training manual for students who register for the Therapeutic Applications of Anusara Yoga courses taught by pre-approved Anusara teacher trainers.
